Support for Celebrity and Key Talent
There’s a very long list of rich and famous people that includes Robin Williams, Prince, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, etc…that were unable to handle the pressures of their chosen role.
Who can you really trust when everyone wants something from you?
It’s the price of celebrity, and the intoxication and addiction of celebrity that creates internal conflicts. Craving the attention, while loving to perform, for some creates a relentless cycle of pressures.
Can you perfectly fulfill the brand of your role, without pause and without peace?
You can have all the money in the world and the life style to match, but if you are unable to manage your internal emotional world, you will suffer endlessly.
Some people choose to distract themselves from their emotions with any variety of drugs, or alcohol. It’s a band-aid on a serious and potentially fatal wound.
There is no peace without resolving the internal conflicts and taking control of your emotional life. You must learn how to tame the tempest inside of you.

Maximizing Sports Performance
The zone of optimal performance cannot be reached on your own.
While all professional and elite athletes use coaches for the physical aspects of their training, what about the mental aspects?
As, a former Big 10 and Rose Bowl college football player, I understand the importance of maintaining a mental edge.
Apolo Ohno the most decorated Winter Olympian in US history may have said it best when asked why he fell short of expectations at the 2006 Olympics in Turn Italy:
“I didn’t believe in myself enough.”
That blunt honesty is rare in elite level sports.
It’s a razor thin wire between winning and losing for highly competitive, and highly trained and conditioned athletes.
It’s often not the most talented, nor most practiced athlete that succeeds, it is the one who is most confident on that day.
My clients have included a variety of professional and elite athletes; MMA fighters, martial artists, Olympic weight lifters, golfers, swimmers, world class cyclists, football, baseball, and lacrosse players.

Making the Impossible Possible
From time to time people reach out to me on a whim as a last resort. Hoping that; maybe, just maybe this guy can help me.
Sometimes people are desperate because they haven’t been able to solve their problem
through any variety of method or even years of trying.
These can be situations that I will take on because I enjoy testing my work on difficult
challenges that others have been unable to help.
I have extensive experience with a variety of traumatic life events.
Sometimes the impossible just takes a willingness to dig a little deeper.
